24-Hour Free Medical Consultation Hotline Service

You can call 718-640-5443 for emergency hotline medical consultation service if you or a family one has medical inquiries or problems. When you call, our specialist will help by answering your questions, offering advice or any immediate course of action necessary for the medical need. This is a free service with service available in Korean. We are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and 365 days a year.

Currently, 30% of the New York Korean community do not have insurance. Many uninsured patients are psychologically stressed about having to seek medical help and treatment due to the rising cost of hospital visits and medical services. The lack of English language comprehension further hampers them from seeking professional help. Therefore they often do not receive regular medical checkups and many miss early signs of risky diseases. Preemptive care is essential and provided to prevent occurence or recurrence of illness and deterioration due to chronic illness. With proper medical service referral, our goal is to help patients receive early screening and health preventative steps. With the 24-Hour Hotline Service, Asian New Life Foundation board members hope to instill emotional stability and ease anxiety by directing the Korean American community toward proper care and service.
